Return & Refund Policy

At Essential Decor and Beyond, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process if you need to return or exchange an item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) should be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that don't meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If any item is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable products (food, beverages, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional products

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you can return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to our 30-day policy. Conditions include:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer

8. Return Address

You must have a return shipping label provided by Essential Decor and Beyond, Inc. before returning any items.
