Our Shipping Approach

We offer stylish and functional products for modern homes. To reduce storage, environmental impact, and improve delivery speed, many of our items are shipped directly from trusted manufacturers and regional centers. This helps us to:

  • Provide high-quality products without inflated prices

  • Minimize packaging waste and promote sustainability

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

We handle each order carefully and efficiently.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for order review, quality checks, and packaging.

  • During Peak Seasons (e.g., holidays or promotions): Processing time may extend to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by region. These are estimated timeframes:

  • United States: 8 – 14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10 – 16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14 – 21 business days

Please note, high-volume periods or customs processes may affect delivery times.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking Updates: May take 1–3 business days to activate. A delay in updates does not mean your order is lost; it’s still on its way.

4. International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, we send orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delays: Customs processing may cause delays, but we’re not responsible for this.

Fees are usually minimal for home and lifestyle items, but they vary by country.

5. Changes or Cancellations

We aim for fast processing. To change shipping details or cancel an order, contact us at service@lunexoe.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package is damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge.
